NWWF 2009 A Big Success

I am fairly new to wake first so I will bring you up to speed. North West Wake Fest is our annual end of the summer get together held every Labor Day weekend in Pateros, Wa. The early years mainly consisted of our local crew from the Seattle area getting together for a few days of riding and hanging out. Several or the original people are in the wake industry and as the years progressed they would hook us up with some swag and we would draw names and give stuff away on Saturday night. Last year was the first year we decided to sell raffle tickets and donate the proceeds to the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. This year , our 9th, the event was our biggest ever. We had over 50 people attend the 4 day event and we raised $2938!

Getting to the main point of this post, I wanted to thank the people who donated raffle prizes and helped to make this our biggest year ever.
